International customer service coordinator:
AXA Assistance USA is a subsidiary of the AXA group which provides medical, financial, and concierge services to travelers/clients worldwide. We currently have 5 full time positions available in our downtown Chicago call center for individuals who are fluent in English along with either Spanish or Japanese fluency.
The position will be responsible to provide contracted services to the AXA Assistance clients, specializing in medical services and medical case management. Skills and requirements:
Travel and customer service experience in a call center or customer service environment
Computer literacy in Windows and Microsoft applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be flexible
Resourceful
Able to handle stressful situations
Able to assist in training and coaching
Document all relevant information and data in an effective, accurate manner
Determine level of service needed and eligibility
Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese or Japanese a plus
